WAVERLY CHIEF INVESTIGATION/AG DETAILS

The #Scoop learned through its information sources late last night that the Ohio Attorney's Office has been called in to investigate Village of Waverly Police Chief Larry Roe and apparently by the Village of Waverly. One source told the #Scoop during the original investigation more possible wrong doings turned up leading to the request of the AG's involvement. It is still unclear at this time what the exact allegations are and Roe remains on Paid Administrative Leave. He was placed on leave in August and shortly there after a local law firm began handling the communications with the public on the matter
