Fatal Pedestrian Accident

The #Scoop has confirmed that one person Wednesday night was pronounced dead at the scene of a vehicle versus pedestrian accident on US Rt 23 southbound near Rozelle Creek Road in Scioto Township in Ross County. Name of victim and details of the incident have not yet been released as OSP as of the 1 AM hour were still on scene investigating. OSP and emergency personnel from Scioto and Huntington Township responded to the incident as well as route 23 southbound was closed for a time #AB
