Fourth Wagner family member pleads not guilty in Rhoden massacre case

According to an article by the Pike News Watchman, the fourth Wagner family member in the Rhoden case pleaded not guilty Tuesday in Pike County Court of Common Pleas. George 'Billy' Wagner III, 47 pleaded not guilty to murder and all other charges alleged against him in front of Judge Randy Deering who ordered Wagner be held without bail. Charges against George include 8 counts of aggravated murder; one count of conspiracy; 4 counts of aggravated burglary; and 1 count of unlawful possession of dangerous ordinance among others with a total of over 20 felony charges against him. The aggravated murder charges each carry death penalty specifications.
